When our family set out to run a bakery back in 1946, we knew the key to success was the ingredients we used. It was a recipe for success and over 60 years later we have grown from a small shop into Malta's largest manufacturer of bakery, confectionery and ice cream products.

Today, our state-of-the-art facility manufactures a huge variety of delicious foodstuffs, including traditional Maltese products as well as more run-of-the-mill items such as sliced loaves. We operate according to exacting international standards and our delivery fleet ensures that everything arrives on Maltese kitchen tables just as fresh as when it came out of the oven.
